Dalguise Trip - The Zip Wire and Challenge
Zip wire The zip wire was 30 foot off the ground and you had to put on two harnesses one for the top and one for your waist and your legs. You had to walk up a big hill and you when you where up there you put on Mr flip flop and Mr penguin and then you got checked that all of the metal things were on right. Once they had been checked you sat on a platform and in your own time you would slide off the platform. You would slide along the wire and once you had gone right along you would hit a tyre. Then you would drop a rope and a man would grab the rope and pull you above the other platform and you would take Mr flip flop off and pulled Mr penguin right back and you would get lowered down and once you where down you would take all of the metal things off and you would sit down. The zip wire was very fun every one had a go. By Challenge course The challenge course was my second favourite activity because we all had to work as a group and on the car wash there was two sets of tyres one set was on the top and the other was on the bottom and you had to crawl along them and you had to stand up when you got to the end of the tyres because then you had to walk along the bridge and then you went through the other set of tyres. One of the other challenges is where you walk along a pole and then someone else in the group would get the first tyre and you would stand in the tyre and you would do the same for the second and third tyres. Another one is where you climbed the scrambling net and you had to climb it and you had to slowly go over the pole in the middle. Another one is the tyres what you had to do is go on your belly and lie down and go through it was fun as well. Another one is the climbing wall what you do is you climb one side and then you go on the other side and you climb down on the other side. Another one is a bridge with a chain going along the middle and another chain going along the other way and the idea is to go along without falling of. The last one is a pole and you walk. Along. And you have two people at each side. By |
